I have been informed by Sergeant Harkin that a copy of his letter and the certificate would be submitted for the instructions of the Secretary of State.

In accordance with these instructions I presented myself to the Surgeon to the Police Force at Belfast who examined me and pronounced me unfit for further service.
As I am entitled to a pension from the Government of Hong Kong for over 10 years service, the last 4 years of which I held the rank of Full Sergeant, which entitles me to the pension of that rank and service, would you kindly instruct me how to act in order to obtain the same through you.
